About Us

Established in 2002

In 2002, Natives of Kodiak Inc. (NOK) established its first 8(a) government contracting subsidiary based out of Alaska.  KOMAN held a contract with Coast Guard Base Kodiak, and training partnership with Alaska's Air National Guard. Our holdings company, KOMAN Holdings, LLC, was later established in 2007 to oversee most of the operating entities of the NOK Family of Companies. 

KOMAN, headquartered in Anchorage AK, has since grown to become a nationwide presence. With our two sectors, Construction and Services, we support the Federal government with construction, environmental, and facilities management needs.
