As part of a new three year Strategic Plan beginning in 2025, KOMAN Holdings and parent corporation Natives of Kodiak, Inc. are announcing changes to the Executive Leadership Team. These changes include filling a vacant position and the establishment of two new Vice President positions. The Executive Leadership Team includes President and CEO Monica James and Vice Presidents Eric McLaurin, Corey Gronn, Jeff Wood, and Darrin Lawrence.

Vice President, Natives of Kodiak
After an extensive recruiting and hiring process, Corey Gronn will be joining our Executive Leadership team on January 27th, 2025, as Vice President for the Natives of Kodiak, overseeing our efforts in land, cultural initiatives, shareholder benefits, and community engagement. Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Jeff Wood has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting for the Natives of Kodiak. Jeff’s leadership over the past five years has been instrumental in our success. In this new role Jeff will continue to provide Finance and Accounting leadership, develop financial strategies, and ensure financial compliance.

Vice President of Business Strategy
Darrin Lawrence has been promoted to Vice President of Business Strategy for KOMAN Holdings, and will oversee IT, LMS, and Safety departments. In this role Darrin will continue to provide guidance and leadership in the areas of compliance, business practices, and business development strategies.
